Our Client, operating in the leisure industry, is looking for a Food & Beverages Manager.
Our Client, operating in the leisure industry, is looking for a Food & Beverages Manager.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible to assist the Food and Beverage team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main responsibilities:
- Plan and direct the administration and planning of the Food and Beverage department to meet the needs of the operation.
- Develop restaurant concept product and service standards in view to maximize revenue.
- Participate actively and provide inputs in respect of Food and Beverage marketing activities and/or initiatives.
- Improve menu offering to exceed customers’ expectations continuously.
- Conduct trends analysis of Food and Beverage prices in a timely manner.
- Manage and control food and Beverage costs as per approved budget.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all food and beverage service areas are maintained.
- Perform any other job-related duties.
Qualification:
- At least a Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent relevant qualifications.
- Have as minimum 5 years of experience in similar job role.
Candidate profile:
- Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent knowledge of product trends and current awareness of industry standards.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and self-directed business environment.
- Have strong customer service focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
