Main responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of F&B staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies;
• Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating new staff members;
• Oversee guest reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests;
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas, enforcing hygiene and safety regulations;
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, striving to resolve issues promptly;
• Uphold a positive and professional attitude to create a motivating work environment.
Qualifications and profile:
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the Food & Beverage industry is preferred;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English and French, both written and oral;
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail;
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts;
• Proficiency in basic computer applications;
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences;
• Pleasant and Outgoing personality;
• Desire to work in a team and strong willingness to bring his or her own contribution towards the realisation of his or her departmental objectives;
• Readiness to perform odd hours of work, including working on Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days.
