Supervise the operational activities of the Retail segment and ensure that the workforce is productive and delivers excellent customer service so as to drive sales and profitability. Ensure that and requests from customers (including complaints) are handled effectively and efficiently.
- Walking the floor and addressing any issues related to appearance and cleanliness
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Supervise, coach and motivate subordinates to consistently deliver the highest standard of service

- Coordinate activities with other departments on matters such as inventory stocks with stores and production departments to ensure products availability and consistency.
