Fitness Instructor

To deliver a varied, fun, safe, and beneficial fitness program to all guests of varying ability according to Shanti Maurice standards and procedures.

Assists Director of Spa and Recreation Manager with all members concerns regarding recreation
Develops and implements activities for adults
Follow all safety rules
Project a positive friendly attitude at all times while interacting with guest
To ensure Weekly program is done and distributed to guest
Innovation ideas to be proposed for Fitness Marketing as per Hotel policy
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
Deal effectively with a diversity of individuals
Understand and follow oral and written instruction
Adjust to the changing demands of works
Respond to requests and inquiries from the customer
Effective interpersonal relationships
Ability to work odd-hours
Review guest feedbacks , revise and create innovative ideas
Ensure special program is being prepared for special events
Communicate with Recreation Manger (Daily planning, Monthly meeting)
Daily inspection of the Fitness Center ; Safety environment and Hazard free

To perform Yoga classes as and when required.

Personal training to clients as per demand.
