Our client in the advertising services is seeking to recruit a Finance and Admin Support Officer who will report to the General Manager and Accountant.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable:
- Invoicing, chasing of debtors and receipts, manage customer interactions and inquiries and any other related follow up.
Accounts Payable:
- Processing of supplier invoices and reconcile with statement of account and ensure payment is done on time.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain petty cash, prepare banking, purchase orders, filing of vat return and goods & services and any other related follow up.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and administrative records. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Profile:
- HSC.
- 2 - 3 years experience in the field.
- In House training will be provided.
- Knowledge in an accounting software would be an advantage.
