Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the IT sector, is looking for a Finance Manager.

Our client, in the IT sector, is looking for a Finance Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for;

Main responsibilities

Preparation of monthly, quarterly management accounts and other reports as requested by management

• Review and preparation of VAT & TDS returns (monthly), APS (quarterly) & Corporate tax (yearly)
• Preparation of monthly cash flow forecast
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly budget
• Manage cash position of the company, accounts receivables and accounts payables
• Review and ensure that all invoices received from creditors are properly input on accounting system
• Review payment instructions for transfers upon request
• Review cheques for payments to suppliers as and when required
• Review invoices
• Review pro-forma invoices upon request
• Liaise with auditors for queries/requests pertaining to the preparation/audit of Financial State

Qualification:

• At least 3 years’ experience
• ACCA fully qualified

• Good management skills
• Strong leadership skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Fluent in English and French
• Dynamic & Self Motivated
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook
• Previous experience on Quick book or SAP Business One will be an advantage
