We are in the distribution sector is seeking to recruit Three Field Sales Executive positions having Min. 2year experience in the Mauritian Domestic market.

 

The incumbent will be responsible for supervising the company's sales of products and foodstuff in Mauritius with the mission to increase sales, build and optimize the market share, develop business opportunities and ensure that customers have the right products with good service. You will be tasked with identifying new leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service, conduct product demonstrations, and gather market feedback to inform product development and improve the customer experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time field sales role. Your job location may be throughout the Mauritius market. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers.

  • Prior experience of min. 2years in field sales in the FMCG distribution in Mauritius only- Non Negotiable for Modern trade candidate, 1 year in Traditional Trade for traditional trade candidates, & 2 years in HORECA candidates.
  • Required experience : 2years for Modern Trade candidates , 2 years for Traditional Trade candidates, and 2 years for HORECA candidates.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory
