Field Engineer - CMH Co. Ltd

The Field Engineer is responsible for providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting of equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical submittals and specification write ups for engineering contractors and design firms
• Develop strong relationships with technical decision makers to ensure high degree of success
• Provide technical support through training and seminars to consultants, contractors and influencers
• Establish a call plan schedule for all assigned projects based on frequency agreed by the Head of Department
• Develop and maintain appropriate projects/ accounts tracking systems including activity and progress reporting
• Promote the brand and take full ownership of all projects
• Identify Sales Opportunity in early stages of projects and communicate to team members to ensure achievement of departmental objectives

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering
• 2-3 years track record in a similar role with experience gained in the construction industry either in a design office or on a job site
• A driving license (Manual) is essential for this position
• Good planning and coordinating skills
• Self-starter and ability to be multi tasked
• Must be available to work odd hours and meet tight deadlines
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
