Factory Maintenance Technician

Control and adjust machine parameters in order to maintain the best possible performance during all production.

Responsibilities:

• Check the working order of the automated lines on a daily basis before the start of production. 
• Ensure the daily start-up of automated lines to start the production cycle.
• Control and adjust machine parameters in order to maintain the best possible performance during all production. 
• Liaise with the maintenance department to ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Constantly monitor products coming out of the lines.
• Perform an initial fault analysis. 
• Ensure regular sharpening of the blades according to the program established. 
• Rotation with maintenance team.
• Ensure a helping hand by manual handling broilers.

Profile:

• Proactive, responsible and autonomous.
• Available to work overtime. 
• At least 1 year of experience in a production facility is required. 
• Strong technical knowledge (NC3 Industrial Machine Maintenance) or equivalent experience.
• Promoter for animal welfare.
• At least 1 year of working experience in production.
