Core responsibilities: Overseeing and managing the operational aspects of the facilities, ensuring its smooth functioning, maintenance, security and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills. 

Required skills:

  • Technical expertise – tertiary studies in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any equivalent with a minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position
  • Strong leadership and management skills to lead team and to achieve targets.
  • Precision and attention to detail to ensure accurate and reliable measures are taken.
  • Quick at critical thinking and creativity to provide efficient and cost-effective long-term solutions.
  • Possess effective recording and reporting skills to facility analysis and decision making.
  • Thorough understanding of safety regulations and remain up to date to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive relationship with our stakeholders.
