Facilities Manager – Newry Complex, Quatre Bornes

We are looking for someone with the expertise to market and manage our office spaces in the market.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to develop, manage and market our fully furnished office spaces at Newry Complex, Quatre Bornes. Our facility offers large, ready-to-use spaces of 200, 300, and 700 square meters, already wired and equipped to operate as office rentals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting businesses, startups, and freelancers, managing rental agreements, and ensuring the efficient operation of these spaces. We are looking for someone with the expertise to position and grow these spaces in the market, leveraging their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & market the available spaces as private offices, or corporate rentals.
• Identify and attract potential clients, including remote workers, entrepreneurs, and businesses seeking flexible office solutions.
• Manage and configure the spaces to optimize their use, ensuring a professional and productive environment.
• Handle lease agreements, client onboarding, and rental administration.
• Oversee daily operations, including facility maintenance and tenant relations.
• Implement strategies to maximize occupancy.

This position is ideal for someone with previous experience in managing office rentals, or commercial real estate, particularly in marketing and optimizing workspaces.
