Responsible for planning and organizing events pertaining to food and beverage services. This includes ensuring the quality of food and beverage services, managing the staff and resources, and ensuring that all events are appropriately catered to.
- Be aware of all the Food & Beverage policies and procedures and ensure compliance by all employees of F&B Department.
- Be responsible for the administrative responsibilities within the Food and Beverage Department, including but not limited to writing memos, letters, reports, requisitions.
- Is updated on the financial information related to the F&B Department, for example, but not limited to, Budget, Food Cost, Revenue, inventories data and, analyse and provide feedback on same, as and when requested.
- Order, take inventory of stock, maintain records of purchase and sales, for the smooth running of the operations.
- Update attendance of staff.
- Develop and maintain a good, positive relationship with all customer and employees.
- Is aware and abide to all the Health and Safety procedures and to Quality Management policies and procedures put in place.
- Execute any other related duties required by the employer.
Candidate's Profile
- Diploma/ Degree in Events,Tourism Management
- Strong knowledge in administration and Events Management in the hospitality industry.
At least HSC holder and well versed in manipulating figures. - Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to train, lead team members and effectively build teams.
- Ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
- Should be methodical & process oriented.
