Purpose:


Provide five star dining experience to the guest. Supervises Food & Beverage services and assist in service as per standards. Ensure HACCP, Hygiene, EHS standards to protect profitability of the client.

Main Duties:
  • Follow the Club Policies & Procedures.
  • Under the general guidance and supervision of the Department Heads or Outlet.
  • Manager responsible for assisting and overseeing all aspects of the operation.
  • Responsible for the day to day function of the employees, service, products, facilities, sales and costs.
  • Directly ensures that the dining room is adequately equipped with a proper supply.
  • To train service staff in different set – up Food Service Standards, proper use of equipment, cleaning schedules, sanitation & hygiene, proper dish breakdown and dish room procedures.
  • To conduct daily operation briefing including HACCP / Health Safety.
Common Responsibilities:
  • To maintain and ensure confidentiality at all times.
  • To represent the Company in a positive and professional manner.
  • To adhere to the Company's Rules, Regulations, Procedures and Policies at all times.
  • To ensure compliance with local legislations and statutory EH&S codes of practice.
  • To conduct routine inspection of the area and ensure that all work area plant and equipment are safe to operate.
  • To ensure that staff wear the mandatory personal protective equipment and are adequately trained to carry out safe work practices and are fully aware of emergency and evacuation procedures.
  • To be aware of and follow general rules in food safety and food hygiene.
    To ensure compliance with the IMS requirements, and ISO 19001:2015, 14001:2015, and 45001:2018 codes of practice.
Working conditions:
  • As per UAE Labor Law and depending on operational requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Secondary Graduate.
  • Excellent command in English language (speak, write and read).
  • Hospitality Education or Internship in Hotel.
  • Passion for the company.
Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of current and relevant experience preferred.
  • Have Training in Hotel School.
  • UAE / GCC experience.
Skills:
  • Preferably with knowledge in Hotel Operations.
  • Able to work without supervision.
  • Self-motivated with great initiative.
