Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the F&B function of the hotel

Core Responsinilities 
  • Be profit driven and ensure that the F&B Division contributes significantly to hotel’s revenuesby exceeding targeted revenues and proactively managing the cost ratios
  • Demonstrate creativity in engineering and optimizing the F&B menus, continually putting in place new concepts in conjunction with the Executive Chef 
  • Be innovative and inventive in identifying sales opportunities in terms of F&B 
  • Take initiatives to drive promotions, upselling initiatives and events to deliver memorable experiences to our guests. 
  • Stay constantly up to date with the latest trends, best practices and concepts in F&B, making inventive recommendations and suggestionsto the Management 
  • Lead, coach and inspire the F&B team to ensure that the daily operations are efficiently managed in all outlets and service is consistently run to the highest standards 
  • Maintain the highest level of sanitation throughout all F&B areas and make sure that our hygiene, quality and health & safety standards are complied with 
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual F&B budget in line with Hotel strategy
  • Any other cognate duties as delegated by the Resident Manager 
Core Profile
  • Degree in hospitality management/ professional hospitality degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experience as F&B Manager in a 4 and 5 star hotel with international experience
  • Customer focused with strong leadership and strategic managementskills
  • Strong sense of human relations and excellent interpersonalskills • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and analyticalskills, with an eye for detail
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • IT literate and ability to work under pressure
  • Autonomous with the ability to manage team performance
