Core Profile
- Degree in hospitality management/ professional hospitality degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience as F&B Manager in a 4 and 5 star hotel with international experience
- Customer focused with strong leadership and strategic managementskills
- Strong sense of human relations and excellent interpersonalskills • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and analyticalskills, with an eye for detail
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- IT literate and ability to work under pressure
- Autonomous with the ability to manage team performance
