YOUR IMPACT IN THIS ROLE:
Optimize Daily Operations: Optimize day-to-day engineering operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient functioning of all technical aspects within the hotel.
Implement Sustainable Practices: Actively contribute to the implementation of sustainable practices, aligning our hotel with eco-friendly initiatives and supporting our commitment to environmental consciousness.
Responsive Maintenance Solutions: Develop and execute proactive maintenance solutions, responding promptly to identified issues to minimize downtime and uphold the hotel's commitment to a seamless guest experience.
Promote Strong Collaboration: As part of a dynamic team, you’ll work closely with various departments to ensure smooth running of operation and seamless coordination. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate will foster a harmonious work environment.
