• 2 years’ experience in a similar position • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken • Computer literacy including hotel management system such as Opera, Micros, Win HMS
Answer, direct phone calls, take and distribute messages
Review files and records to answer request for information
Check and distribute documents and correspondence
Receives, sorts and distribute incoming mail
Maintain a proper and efficient filing system
Liaise with Housekeeping and Front Office department regarding arrivals and departures
Coordinate work functions with fellow worker and other departments
Liaise with S&H Officer pertaining to H&S related issues
Liaise with Central Purchasing Office – Head Office for creation of new suppliers and item code respectively
Carry out Monthly Stock Inventory in the maintenance department in collaboration with the Cost Controller/Accounts Clerk
Perform monthly purchase of items for repairs and maintenance
Prepare Purchase Request on Winhms and forward to Account department
Assist in the preparation of budget (CAPEX/OPEX)
Prepare utilities report (CWA/CEB/GAS) and forward thereon to Superior
Perform data input on Vipertex System for rosters and WINHMS system for other related issues
