Skills:
- Should have 1+ year of experience
- Good experience in Customer Service
- Good experience of Telecom Protocols VoIP, SIP, H323 and PABX
- Strong knowledge in IP troubleshooting skills including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, basic WAN/LAN configuration
- Good Knowledge in ISDN technology
- Good experience and knowledge of Telephony protocols and interfaces, T1, E1, analog telephony
Engineer Responsibilities and Duties:
- Should have experience in configuration and troubleshooting of high-end telecom networks
- The ideal candidate will be an Engineer, who is a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.
- Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation, and commitment to customer delight are a must.
- Sound fundamentals and in-depth knowledge of telecom Concepts.
