Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new embroidery designs, pushing creative boundaries to meet client and market demands.
• Perform punching and digitizing of designs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize the latest embroidery techniques to execute complex and intricate designs with exceptional quality on fine knit fabrics.
• Train and mentor operators to proficiently run embroidery machines, ensuring optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Embroidery Technician, with expertise in advanced embroidery techniques and complex designs.
• Proficiency in embroidery software for punching and digitizing.
• Strong knowledge of embroidery machines and their operation, including basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Familiarity with fine knit fabrics and the specific challenges they pose for embroidery.
