E-Concierge Trainee (3-months)

We are looking for an E-Concierge Trainee to join our E-Conciergerie Department at our Head Office based in Mapou.

Overview of the role:

We are looking for an Inbound Lead Management Trainee to support our sales team by handling lead creation in our CRM (SalesForce) and extracting key data from our PMS (INFOR) system.

-During this internship, you will help optimize sales processes, allowing the team to focus on closing deals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Process incoming emails and create leads in Salesforce.
• Retrieve and input relevant data from INFOR to enrich CRM records.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Maintain a high level of productivity while managing multiple tasks.
