Position purpose 1. Act as the Management’s Representative in the absence of the Resort Manager, General Manager and Head of Departments. 2. Implement and enforce the Sands Quality Standards in all areas supervised
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. A Diploma in Hotel Management
2. At least three years experience in a similar position
REQUIRED STANDARDS
1. Fluent in both English and French. Knowledge of a third language will be a definite advantage.
2. High ethical standards
3. Be able to work in a team and handle work pressure
4. Be able to demonstrate two-way communication and accept critics positively
5. Have a good knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B services
6. Be a role model for staff members and guests
7. Willing to learn new skills and systems
8. Possess qualities of discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
9. Be genuinely committed to guests and fellow colleagues
