Job Profile & Purpose
- Provide excellent service to Bluesky agents at all times and encourage customers to repurchase visas.
- Follow up and keep agents informed about visa processing status.
- Being proactive and organize visa applications to be processed according to the travel date and processing time.
- Apply visa fees and advise Travel Consultant on the rules and regulations pertaining to all visas.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to exceed client expectations.
- Update the Visa processing database for all applications.
- Organizing and managing electronic documents
- Maintain an updated Visa database for each country, including the latest requirements, fees and processing times.
- Filing documents and maintaining records.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Ensuring clear and accurate communication.
Qualifications & Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in reservation systems will be an advantage
- Good level of spoken and written French and English
- Team player and Disciplined
