Our Client in the hospitality sector is seeking to recruit for a passionate and authentic professional dedicated to a service of excellence to take up the challenge as Direct Sales Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with potential guests to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services (direct booking) and confirm booking
- Take calls and inquiries from potential guests and provides information about service offered
- Maintain potential customer databases
- Perform all administrative tasks as assigned
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
- Know perfectly the pricing structure applicable for all segments
- Handle all client requests about their activities within or outside our hotels
- Respond to all emails in a timely manner, especially after working hours and during week ends
- Handle all client enquiries emanating from our web sites and establishes statistics on conversion rate of these potential bookings
- Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
Profile:
- Certificate or Diploma in Marketing/Tourism & Hospitality Management would be an advantage
- 5 year experience in the field of Sales in the tourism sector
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, a third language would be an advantage
- Fully computer literate
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
- Knowledge of Sales Force software/system will be a definite advantage
- Demonstrates the ability to complete tasks, projects and assignments with quality and dynamism
- Possesses a strong outgoing personality
- Adhere to laid down systems, procedures & quality standards
- Ability to work under pressure
