The Digital Communication Executive shall be responsible to monitor the digital communication in relations to emails and social medias and ensuring proper interaction with the community
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Community Management
- Managing all the social media accounts for the company Royal Park: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Designing of content
- Creating and organising the retro-planning of social medias on a daily basis
- Benchmarking and trends analysis about social medias
- Reporting and KPI analysis
- Managing Facebook and Instagram campaigns
Newsletter Management
- Creating and organising the retro-planning for newsletters
- Copyright, design and send the newsletters
Qualifications & Experience
- degree in Digital Marketing or Management
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Advanced MS Office - excellent aptitude in all MS office applications is a must
Competencies
- Softwares: Canva, mailchimp, dotmailer or photoshop would be an advantage
- Passionate by digital transformation and social medias
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
- The ability to be proactive and self-starter
- Excellent English and French, oral and written communication skills
- Analytical skills
