Digital Tracking & Analytics Expert

 

Our client is currently looking for a Digital Analytics & Tracking Expert to reinforce their Digital Marketing Excellence team. As a Digital Analytics Expert, you will track the digital channels of the company in order to improve user experience, traffic and conversion.

You will work closely together with the channel owners of the different digital marketing domains (social, search, websites & marketing automation) and with the marketing intelligence team that manages the data warehouse and visualization of reports and dashboards.

In this position you will have the opportunity to join an international team of passionate digital marketing experts. You will be guided by other analytics experts to improve your skills and will have the chance to keep learning on a continuous basis.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for our tracking & analytics architecture of all our websites (e-commerce websites, corporate websites, job sites, …).
  • You will manage and optimize all the tracking & analytics related tools in our digital marketing landscape (cookie consent, GA4, GTM, ...).
  • You will set up all the conversion & event tracking in GA4, but also in other tools like LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft Ads.
  • You will do proactive quality checks on the generated data, so we send clean data to our data warehouse.
  • You will make sure that all our marketeers apply the tracking guidelines correctly so we can report on spotless data.
  • You will follow up on the latest trends in digital analytics and will share your knowledge with our marketeers to increase data and analytics maturity.

Profile

  • You have experience with implementing and managing GA4 & tag management solutions (eg. Google Tag Manager). Experience with server-side tagging & conversions API is a plus.
  • You have a basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • You have knowledge of the tracking options in ad platforms (Meta, Linkedin, Google Ads, …).
  • You are fluent in English and have great communication skills.
  • Experience with cookie consent solutions is a plus.
  • Experience in setting up A/B tests is a plus.
  • You have a proactive mindset, and you try to look for optimizations in a continuous way.
