Digital Marketing Coordinator
Key/Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with brand coordinators and specialists to develop a comprehensive digital content plan.
- Support various areas of Media Marketing, including PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid social media.
- Monitor and manage the digital marketing budget for brands, optimizing spend for meta-ad campaigns and other initiatives.
- Utilize tools like Canva to create visually appealing and compelling graphics and visuals for meta-ad campaigns.
- Design and curate content that captures the essence of our brand and resonates with our audience.
- Nurture strong relationship with suppliers and close follow up of outsourced tasks.
- Track and report key metrics and performance of content and engagement across digital platforms.
- Monitor social media channels and meta-ad interactions, responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with various teams to gather relevant information and updates.
Education/Competence
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in communication/Marketing/Digital Marketing or at least 4 years’ experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of Canva or Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
- Mailchimp/Zoho or any relevant email marketing tool
- Website content management skills on WordPress or any other CMS
- Facebook Business Manager
- Project Management Software
- Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google AdWords
- Strong creative writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of WooCommerce is recommended
- High level of energy and enthusiasm
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
