• Capture and maintain spatial and non-spatial data from Masterplans, plans, charts, maps, photos, surveys, domain books, title deeds, lease agreements, and other information sources.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Sworn Land Surveyors, Architects, Authorities) to obtain and update spatial and non-spatial data.
• Input spatial data within the GIS database using agreed procedures to minimize errors and ensure data accuracy.
• Utilize GIS applications such as ArcGIS, QGIS, and AutoCAD for input, storage, and maintenance of the GIS database.
• Perform geocoding of information and input relevant attributes and metadata for accurate data management.
• Create and maintain a digitalized domain book and Land Register.
GIS Manipulation and Analysis
• Apply GIS tools (e.g., buffer, merge, clip) to analyse and transform GIS data as needed.
• Work with information in various coordinate systems, including UTM 40K South, MGM 2008, and LGM 2012.
• Modify and transform data from the GIS database for presentation and sharing purposes.
• Collaborate with the land surveying team to establish a land register, ensuring accurate records of land ownership and usage.
BIM Implementation and Integration
