Our client in the financial industry is seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Content Officer to join their team.

The Digital Content Officer will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing digital content strategies across various platforms to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and support business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of content creation, social media management, and SEO, with a focus on delivering high-quality digital content tailored to our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1.             Content Creation & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement digital content strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, develop, and execute content plans for various digital channels.
  • Ensure that all content is consistent with the brand voice, tone, and style.

2.             SEO & Content Optimization:

  • Optimize digital content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic and improve rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and analyze competitor content to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor SEO performance and implement changes based on data-driven insights.

3.             Social Media Management:

  • Manage and create content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop a social media calendar and schedule posts regularly to maintain an active presence.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social media trends.

4.             Content Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze the performance of digital content, including website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.
  • Provide reports and insights to the team on content performance and areas for improvement.

5.             Collaboration & Project Management:

  • Work closely with agencies to produce visually appealing and functional content.
  • Manage content workflows and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and content innovations to improve content strategies.

6.             Content Maintenance:

  • Regularly update and refresh existing content on the website and other platforms.
  • Ensure content is aligned with the latest branding guidelines and marketing objectives.

 Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital content creation, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas and solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
