We’re seeking a dynamic Digital Communication Coordinator to join our team in Bel Ombre.

 

Overview of the Role:

The Digital Communication Coordinator will support the Communication and Media Relations department of Heritage Resorts in executing effective B2B and B2C communication strategies across digital platforms. This role involves managing and creating content, analyzing performance data, and ensuring impactful engagement with both corporate and consumer audiences. The ideal candidate will also contribute to enhancing the brand’s online presence and reporting on communication campaigns.

 - This position will be based full-time at 📍 Heritage Resorts, in Bel Ombre.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital communication strategies tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Write, edit, and publish newsletters, blogs, LinkedIn updates, and social media posts in alignment with brand tone and objectives.
  • Prepare and vet content calendars for corporate and consumer social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Actively engage with online communities and partners to foster meaningful relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze data from digital campaigns, providing regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Use analytics to optimize future campaigns and drive impactful engagement.
  • Oversee the development and execution of promotional materials, including newsletters, brochures, videos, and other multimedia content in line with the brand guidelines.
  • Manage website updates and ensure content aligns with SEO best practices.
  • Monitor and guide the alignment of social media content with corporate goals and guidelines across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Research and implement innovative communication techniques to engage target audiences effectively.
  • Ensure communication initiatives align with sustainability commitments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and report on matters related to environmental and social impact.
  • Conduct periodic market research to evaluate new communication trends and strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry developments to incorporate best practices into communication efforts.

Candidate's Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field would be an advantage.
  • Diploma in Digital Marketing is required; knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is an advantage.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital communication, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategy optimization.
  • Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to create visually compelling presentations.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, Campaign Monitor) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Proven understanding of digital marketing ethics, SEO, and best practices for online engagement.
