In this role

You will be in a key position to drive high-quality traffic to all ELCA Group websites, and make sure that the Marketing team meets their quantitative and qualitative goals. Working with the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible to help to establish the digital acquisition strategy, and execute it by creating campaigns, defining always-on activities, preparing landing pages, and monitoring KPIs.

 

As a Digital Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities: 

  • In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager defining goals, forecasts and reporting for the traffic acquisition strategy for all ELCA Group websites
  • Reviewing and analyzing websites to identify improvements and managing structured tests to improve response
  • Supporting colleagues in other business and marketing teams to define briefs and plans for marketing campaigns
  • Implementing technical, but also qualitative SEO optimization measures within Drupal, in collaboration with the Marketing Team and Business Lines
  • Managing budget for and implementing paid media campaigns (notably Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) and relevant earned media (co-marketing, influencer outreach and PR activities)
  • Proposing and testing new acquisition channels and techniques, for example establishing Retargeting and Remarketing action plans and developing link building strategies
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports/dashboards to follow-up and optimize all traffic acquisition KPIs
  • Benchmarking and trend-watch: competitive analysis and trend-watch of evolutions on the market, Google algorithm changes, SEO best practices etc.
  • Managing media investments aimed at employee acquisition through supporting HR in promotion of vacancies (tbc)

 

About your profile

For this vacancy, we are looking for a candidate with a business degree, an academic degree of a technical university or university of applied sciences and multiple years of experience of working at the interface between business/marketing and IT. 

 

  • 3 years experience in paid and organic digital acquisition techniques, including technical SEO experience for website and conversion rate optimization
  • 2+ years experience preferable in managing media budgets for lead generation campaigns in B2B organizations with lead and demand generation targets based on data-driven inbound-marketing techniques
  • Strong technical aptitude including ability to understand web development technologies (mainly Drupal); working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS preferred; working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM and BI tools is a plus
  • Power user of SEO and SEA tools (Google analytics, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, search console, tag manager, MOZ, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset, experience of manipulating and analyzing large data sets
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically
  • Distinct customer focus and awareness of the elements of marketing stack including ECM, ERP, Cloud, CRM, Chatbots, Digital Workplace, XR, AI, etc. (preferable)
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Your English and French are fit for business purposes, so that you can create campaigns in each of these languages
