We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Dermocosmetic Representative to join our team. This role involves promoting our range of high-quality dermocosmetic products to pharmacies, doctors' offices, and beauty salons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Promotion and Presentations: Present and promote dermocosmetic products effectively to pharmacies, medical practitioners, and beauty salon professionals, showcasing their unique benefits and applications.
- Client Visits and Relationship Management: Regularly visit existing and potential clients to build rapport, provide product education, and maintain professional relationships.
- Merchandising and Visual Displays: Oversee and implement attractive product displays and merchandising at pharmacies and beauty salons to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Customer Support: Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and other concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Satisfaction Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction and work to enhance overall client experience with the company.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports documenting client interactions, sales performance, and market insights.
- Sales Growth: Strategize and implement plans to increase product sales and expand market share within your designated territory.
- Event Attendance: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, beauty expos, and other relevant events to network and showcase products.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor products and activities to stay informed and competitive within the market.
- Promotional Strategy Development: Develop and execute targeted promotional strategies that align with the brand’s objectives and resonate with the target audience.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to ensure products remain competitive and align with consumer needs and trends.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar sales or promotion role, preferably in the dermocosmetics, skincare, or beauty industry, is highly advantageous.
- Education: Degree or relevant certification in business, marketing, dermatology, cosmetology, or related fields is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to present information clearly and persuasively; proficient in report preparation and analysis.
- Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driving license as travel between client sites will be required. A company car will be provided.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
