Position Title: Deputy Head of School (Teaching, Learning, and Curriculum Alignment)

Reports To: Head of School

The Deputy Head of School (Teaching, Learning, and Curriculum Alignment) is responsible for driving academic excellence and ensuring the alignment of teaching practices and curriculum delivery across the school’s curricula. This role focuses on enhancing pedagogy, improving student outcomes, and fostering cross-curricular consistency while respecting the autonomy of individual academic programs.

Reporting directly to the Head of School, the Deputy Head works collaboratively with Faculty leaders (FLs) and programme leaders to implement strategies that support innovative teaching, consistent curriculum delivery, and effective assessment practices.
