Depot Supervisor

Reporting to the Depot Manager, the successful candidate will be based at our Tromelin Depot in Port Louis.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the opening and closing of the depot
• Ensure that opening and closing procedures, such as taking of dips, closing of valves and recording of relevant information, are adhered to
• Regularly inspect terminal for early detection of faults and/or breakdown
• Oversee the operation of the filling rack and ensure truck loading is done correctly
• Organise bunkering operations with contractors/ third parties 
• Work in collaboration with relevant authorities/organisations to ensure that products are received as per procedures
• Verify that tank dips and readings are taken before and after delivery 
• Supervise all maintenance and/or calibration works 
• Operate to the highest standards of safety in accordance with Total HSEQ rules and report any anomaly

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position
• Fluent in English and French 
• Proficient in MS Office
• Well-versed in related safety requirements 
• Good analytical skills
• Clean and valid private vehicle driving license
• Willing to work on a shift system
