5 Assist Chef de Partie to provide on the job training to subordinates
6 Ensure guests satisfaction during services
7 Ensure the quality of food produced and served to guests are as per set standard
8 Participate actively in Eco Standard/Sustainable Responsibility set by the hotel
9 Assist Chef de Partie to establish and maintain effective employee relationship
10 Minimize wastage and breakages
11 Prepare requisitions according to requirements
12 Ensure energy saving (electricity, gas, water)
13 Comply with Quality Management System and S&H regulations and policies
14 Receive and examine work programmes from superior
