Drymix Limited is looking to recruit a motivated Delivery Planner and Invoicing Officer who will report to the Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing using Navision and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate delivery planning and scheduling to optimize logistics.
- Handle credit note preparation and tracking for invoice corrections and product returns.
- Monitor wooden pallet returns and maintain accurate tracking records.
- Generate detailed sales order and delivery reports as required.
- Scan, file, and maintain delivery documents, ensuring accurate records.
- Participate in supply chain meetings and ensure follow-up on invoicing issues.
- Uphold health, safety, and ethical standards in the workplace.
Candidate profile:
- Higher School Certificate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics/supply chain
- Proficiency in Navision and Microsoft Teams
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
