Key Responsibilities:

• Excel Expertise: Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced Excel spreadsheets with complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros for data processing.
• Data-Driven Insights: Conduct detailed data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that influence key business decisions.
• Financial Modeling: Create and manage financial models, forecasts, and simulations using Excel to support planning and strategy.
• Insightful Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, delivering clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Data Accuracy & Integrity: Ensure data quality through regular audits and validation processes to maintain data accuracy.
• Cross-Departmental Support: Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and deliver customized analytical support.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to streamline data analysis and reporting for greater efficiency.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Data Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for numbers and calculations, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical audiences.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to enhance reporting and insights.
• Excel Automation: Familiarity with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to automate processes in Excel.
