Poncini Ltd is a leading name in the luxury retail industry, renowned for our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated & customer-focused person to join us as Customs Officer.

Job Type:Full-time

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (on-call as needed)

Requirements:

• Valid private car driving license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• HSC Holder with work experience in the customs clearance sector
• Completion of the Freight Academy course or equivalent (mandatory)
• Solid technical knowledge of customs practices and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Previous experience as a freight broker or customs clerk

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customs clearance, ensuring all declarations comply with customs laws and regulations
• Monitoring work progress and efficiently managing customs clearance formalities
• Managing dispatch, post, banking, and related tasks
• Carrying out deliveries as required
• Preparing and processing import/export documentation in line with customs regulations and procedures
• Demonstrating politeness and courtesy in dealings with others
• Maintaining a trustworthy, positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Ensuring physical fitness to handle job demands
• Performing any other related tasks as assigned by management
