Job summary:   The purpose of this role is to provide an effective and efficient service in handling routine and non routine payroll administrative and customer relationships to our Clients.

 

                                                      

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Taking ownership of all customer issues and resolving / escalating them in order to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Providing information and advice on HR / Payroll systems to the customers.
• Handling routine, non routine and complex customer queries regarding payroll and related issues. This will include liaising with both internal and external contacts.

• Working as part of a team and providing payroll support to the customers.

• Providing payroll support to the required service level in line with the service descriptions.
Receiving and record customer enquiries in sufficient detail to satisfy the need for information where the issue is escalated or used for management information purposes.
• Assisting Team Leader with the coaching and developing of less experienced team members.
• Providing payroll support to the required service level in line with the service descriptions to enable the achievements of the teams designated customer satisfaction.
• Provision and delivery of their performance statistics to the team leader on a monthly basis to meet team leader reporting requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to advise and inform other locations.
• Supporting and sharing knowledge with colleagues to contribute to the effectiveness of the team and to achieve the location’s success. This may include providing cover for other team members as and when necessary.

 

Experience Required:

 

•  Higher School Certificates with A level in Maths & Accounts.

   Payroll administrative experience or finance administration experience in a payroll environment.

   Excellent customer service via telephone, and other forms of communication.

   Intermediate level knowledge in Word and Excel.

   Experience within customer service environment.

•  IPP Foundation or progression towards.
