Ensure the end to end delivery of operational services for Corporate and Enterprise customers. This will include complaints resolution, meeting SLAs and deadlines, customers satisfaction on service delivery and improvement actions.
Preferred Qualifications and experience:
- HSC
- Computer literate
- Or any other acceptable qualification.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of operational services for Corporate and Enterprise customers including complaints resolution, meeting SLAs and deadlines, customers satisfaction on service delivery and improvement actions
- Respond to customers (Corporate and Enterprise as and when required) with correct and up to date information.
- Ensure availability of figures for submission and contribute to the required report to management within the time frame.
- Interaction with HOD, managers and colleagues in a view to achieve customer satisfaction to any customers' issues raised.
