We are currently seeking Customer Success Executive (CSE) for our Head Quarters in Grand Baie and Trianon Agency who will play a crucial role in supporting customers with world class service. As an CSE, you will be great at sales, will provide helpful information, answer questions, and address complaints. You will serve as the front line of support, ensuring customer satisfaction with our products, services, and features.
The ideal candidates will be excellent communicators and possess outstanding negotiation and sales skills. The best CSEs are genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers and exhibit qualities such as patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. They can put themselves in customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Gathering customer feedback is invaluable to us, and CSEs are skilled in collecting this feedback. Additionally, they excel at problem-solving and are confident in troubleshooting and investigating to resolve customer inquiries or complaints when faced with limited information.
