Customer Service Specialist.

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling a broad range of customer enquiries and recommending solutions to meet the customer needs.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email & live-chat, and provide accurate and timely information.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work together with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously improve your customer service skills and knowledge through training and development.

 

Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to converse with others.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, data protection and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Capable in Microsoft Office and have experience with customer service software and e-tools.
  • Ready to work on shift rotation, weekends and public holidays (NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE)

 

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a five-day schedule between Monday to Saturday and UK hours (12:30 PM to 09:00 PM local time). The customer service operative will work in our call centre located at Industrial Zone, Plaine Lauzun.
