Our client is recruiting a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Assist clients in completing relevant forms and receive KYC docs from them
  • Keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • Assist the Benefits team on administrative tasks such as prepare communication on benefits payable to members
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Qualifications and Skills

  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills
  • Be conversant with Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel
  • Experience working with customers
