Our client is recruiting a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Assist clients in completing relevant forms and receive KYC docs from them
- Keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Assist the Benefits team on administrative tasks such as prepare communication on benefits payable to members
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Qualifications and Skills
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent
- Possess good oral and written communication skills
- Be conversant with Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel
- Experience working with customers
