The general purpose of this job is to communicate to the visitors the right information about the activities and the park as well as do the reservation for visitors

 

Duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Receive the visitors and direct them to the right location.
  • Promote the image of the company at all times.
  • Provide accurate information concerning the activities of the park.
  • Assist customers in finding the adequate activities for them and inform them about special conditions of the day.
  • Settle complaints with tact and diplomacy.
  • Resolve guest disputes in a diplomatic consistent manner as developed by management.
  • Process all reservation requests from customers effectively
  • Provide reservation services to guests and visitors of the park
  • Maintain and manage a log book for reservation activities.
  • Liaise with clients in all areas of sales - client interaction is vital and Customer Service Representatives working with higher priced goods will need to provide a highly personalized approach;
  • Meet set sales targets - this aspect of the work can be demanding, often carried out in a busy and pressured environment, with sales teams frequently expected to hit their targets;
  • Process sales on the POS accurately, to take and tender change accurately and to balance the till
  • Participate in pre-selling and driving events by maintaining an active client book
  • Participate and be responsible for inventory of stock as requested
 
Candidate's profile:
  • Hold at least a Higher School Certificate
  • Proven experience in reservations and reception departments
  • Pleasant appearance and warm personality to create a good first impression.
  • Able to communicate clearly and willing to help others.
  • Flexible and diplomatic when dealing with demanding and unreasonable guests.
  • Aptitude for numbers and good at handling cash and accounting machines.
  • Strong Communication Skills (English and French is a must)
