We are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To attend walk-in customers
- To ensure that potential and existing customers have a pleasant experience by treating them in a courteous manner.
- To identify the needs of clients and to recommend the appropriate products.
- To prepare quotations as per requests.
- To take and process orders received from clients.
- To liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery.
- To plan deliveries as per orders received.
- To ensure that deliveries are effected as per the delivery schedule.
- To collect all relevant information on customers and to maintain the customers database on the CRM System.
- To follow up potential customers and sales opportunities.
- To liaise with Sales Representatives to ensure the follow up of leads management and sales opportunities on CRM System.
- To attend customers inquiries and complaints received and ensure that same are handled in a timely manner.
- To create and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
- To perform Customers Satisfaction Surveys on a regular basis.
Qualification and Experience:
- HSC with Mathematics, English and French
- Experience would be an advantage
Competences:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team.
- Meticulous, attentive to details and a good sense of awareness
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good and serious attitude
