Customer Service Intern

 

Responsibilities

  • Verify and review customer and order information efficiently and follow up on completion
  • Notify customers of order details; such as unit prices, shipping date, and any anticipated delays
  • Prepare invoices, shipping documents, contracts and credit notes when required
  • Liaise with Sales and Supply Chain Departments to expedite or trace shipments
  • Conduct survey with clients on our customer service level every semester
  • Provide monthly reports of call centre activities
  • Provide accurate, satisfactory and timely responses to customers and resolve customer issues
  • Inform concerned departments when stocks of specific items are low, or when orders deplete available stock

Education/Competence

  • Minimum  HSC or certificate in Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tools
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills
  • Ability to quickly identify a problem and escalate issue to Reporting line
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions to improve daily operations
  • Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced working environment
  • Time management skill
