Customer Service Coordinator
Key/Primary Responsibilities
- Provide products substitutes for Wines & Spirits in case of Out of stock for diamond and gold ON TRADE clients
- Liaise with the client in regard to the OOS products and substitutes to confirm changes
- Liaise with the shops/duty paid/bond/logistics/BU Managers for the estimate date of arrival of products
- Liaise with the sales representative regarding the outcome after discussion with client
- Reinvoice the new products when needed to avoid internal mistakes
- Rectify wrong product codes/ description at customers end when needed
- Manager quotas per client/per channel when needed
- To assist external client on alternative choice on out of stock products, quotas, with excellent customer service as per Gray's established standard and procedures
