The Customer Service Assistant in the leasing team is tasked with meeting customer satisfaction of both internal and external customers as well as providing support to the Sales team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service | - Efficient and timely handling of client’s file and requests

- Handle and follow up of customer queries, complaints and requests

- Propose and sell Cim products to customers

- Perform any other cognate duties required for the good running of the business

Operations | - Be fully conversant with the operations and Finnone
|
- Preparation and follow up of all Leasing applications and agreements
|
- Extraction and submission of reports as and when required
|
- Follow up on pending issues on file
|
- Strict adherence to procedures & policies and assigned tasks
