Customer Service Assistant (Contract)

• Preparation and follow up on all applications and agreements
• Strict adherence to procedures & policies and assigned tasks
• Perform any other cognate duties required for the good running of the business
• Sales and cross selling of CIM products
• Efficient and timely handling of cash and other related transactions
• Handle and follow up of customer queries, complaints, and requests
• Delivery of end products

Qualifications

Minimum HSC

Technical Skills

Basic IT and good communication skills

Experience

At least one year experience in a relevant field
