Job Responsibilities:

  1. Managing customer relationships.
  2. Coordinating service provisions.
  3. Enhancing customer satisfaction.
  4. Vetting.
  5. Generating reports.
  6. Handling client account billing.

Profile required:

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and self-reliant.
  • Resilient under stress.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to synthesize information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in Customer Service is required.
