Atalian Interactive Ltd is currently looking for highly capable individuals, with a can-do attitude to join our team.
Duties:
- Acting as a first point of contact, taking inbound calls from our customers, logging customer related issues and seeking to bring a resolution.
- Liaise with our operations team to coordinate prompt and effective resolution of operational issues.
- Updating trackers and reporting on job status and progress.
- Contacting our customers and the operations team for follow ups of work.
- Dealing with complaints while managing client’s expectation and escalating to the appropriate point of contact.
- Supporting our internal team with queries relating to booking and managing travel arrangements
- Processing transactional purchasing requests which may include ordering equipment, raising POs etc
- Ability to follow a process.
Profile:
- Excellent communication in English, written and spoken.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- An empathetic and understanding approach, with an ability to influence, instil confidence and where necessary de-escalate complaints.
- An inquisitive, creative and problem-solving ability.
- Flexible and adaptable, ever ready to react and respond in an effort to improve the services you are offering.
- The ability to multi task, organise and prioritise your work load effectively to meet the business and customers’ requirements.
- Ability to work odd hours and on shift basis
- The candidate should be available to work during week-ends, both Saturdays and Sundays depending of the shift system.
- Working hours : 10:30 to 19:30 and 12:00 to 21:00
