Your role is to be the primary owner of a portfolio of customers, driving best practices and innovation to create more value for the business. Your goal is to increase customer satisfaction, retention and adoption of key product features.
Your Responsibilities
- To be proactive and anticipate customer needs
- Identify opportunities for cross selling and upselling.
- Provide recommendation and facilitate action for resolution
- Cancellation of contract.
- Follow up on new contracts
- Amendment on existing contracts
- Ability to resolve complaint in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure customer relationship
- Answering email and phone call
- Schedule appointment and make follow up
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey
Profile:
- HSC/ Bac+2
- Experience with customer relation is definely an avantage
- Good telephone and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
